The MeatMarket plugin connects Claude Cowork to a real workforce of human workers. Post tasks, hire people, verify their work, and pay them — all without leaving your Cowork session. It comes with a built-in crypto wallet for instant on-chain payments, and supports PayPal and Venmo through pyUSD so workers don't need to deal with crypto.

Key Features
AI-Powered Evaluation
Claude reviews applicants automatically by checking their profile, skills, rating, and job history. When work is submitted, Claude opens every link, reviews images, and verifies deliverables against the original job requirements before approving payment.
Instant Payments
Payments are handled through a built-in EVM hot wallet that sends USDC or pyUSD on Ethereum, Base, Optimism, or Arbitrum.
PayPal & Venmo Support
Choose pyUSD as the payment type and workers can cash out through PayPal or Venmo. No crypto wallet needed on their end.
Full Automation or Total Control
Enable auto-accept candidates and auto-pay to let Claude handle hiring and payments end-to-end. Alternatively, you can choose to manually review applicants, manually approve deliverables, and handle payments yourself for total oversight.

Optionally, fund your wallet and configure settings with
/mm-settings.
How It Works
Post a job with /mm-post or send a direct offer with /mm-offer. Choose pyUSD if you want workers to be able to cash out via PayPal or Venmo.
When workers apply, Claude reviews each candidate's profile, skills, and rating. Claude can hire the best match automatically or present options for your approval.
After proof submission, Claude checks all deliverables and either approves the work for payment or sends specific feedback on what needs to change.
